Brig Ajay Tewari and Commanding Officer NS Sidhu visited KNCW

On 14th September, 2023 Brig. Ajay Tewari and Commanding Officer NS Sidhu graced Kamla Nehru
College for Women Phagwara with their remarkable presence. A bouquet of flowers was presented as a
symbol of respect to welcome them.
During this visit, they met the college Principal Dr. Savinder Pal and discussed about NCC. They also
interacted with the NCC cadets and shed light on the benefits of joining NCC. Brig. Ajay Tewari
motivated NCC Cadets to pass ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificate exam and encouraged the Cadets to become a
responsible citizen of the country.On this occasion, Brig. Ajay Tewari exhorted the cadets to participate in nation-building activities and emphasized on the equal participation of girl-cadets for their all-round development with a sense of commitment, dedication and discipline. The talk ended with an interactive session, where NCC Cadets got the opportunity to clear their doubts. At the end, Dr. Priyanka Aeri extended her heartfelt gratitude towards the guests for visiting the college. The visit was purposeful and proved inspirational for students as well as staff members.
