Under the esteemed guidance of Director Academics Dr. Savinder Pal and Officiating Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur, the Home Science Association organized a Workshop on Glass Painting on 3rd April , 2026 in Home Science Department.
The workshop provided 30 students with an opportunity to explore the art of painting on glass surfaces using vibrant colors and innovative techniques. Participants learned the basics of glass painting, including outlining designs, color filling, and finishing techniques.
Students actively engaged in the hands-on session and created beautiful artworks on glass frames and decorative glasses. The workshop not only enhanced their artistic skills but also encouraged patience, concentration, and imagination.
The workshop concluded on a highly positive and inspiring note, with students proudly displaying their creations and expressing immense joy over their learning experience. Director Academics Dr. Savinder Pal highlighted the importance of such creative activities in the overall development of students.
Officiating Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur appreciated the efforts of Head, Department of Home Science Dr. Priyanka Aeri and Ms. Vishali for organizing this event and emphasized the importance of such activities in fostering creativity, confidence, and overall personality development among students and announced plans to conduct similar workshops in the future.
