A team from National University, California, United States of America visited the campus of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara and interacted with the Principal and Staff members of the college. 3 member team from the college led by Dr. David W. Andrews, President, National University visited the campus where they were given a formal welcome by College Principal Dr. Kiran Walia.

During the meeting they interacted with faculty members of the college on various issues concerning higher education. The interaction comprised of topics like course structure, the educational background in this belt, the kind of courses the students here are interested in and their outlook towards life.Later they also had a round of the campus and appreciated the facilities being offered on the campus. Post the interaction, the Principal thanked them for this interaction and for visiting the campus.
