An extension lecture on ‘Introduction to Probability distribution’ was organized by the Department of Science of Kamla Nehru College for women, Phagwara on Saturday. Dr. Lovleen Kumar Grover, Associate Professor, Department of Mathematics of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar was the resource person at the occasion.Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Grover gave a detailed note on the concept for the students of the undergraduate classes of the college as well as the students of junior college. Meanwhile, a Rangoli and a poster presentation was also organized for the students in which the students participated wholeheartedly.Principal of the college Dr. Kiran Walia welcomed the guest and congratulated the department on the event.
