A placement drive by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company was conducted by the Career Counseling and Placement Cell of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara in the campus on Friday. More than 70 students of final year of Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses of the college participated in this drive. Selected students will get a package of Rs.3 Lakh per annum. The results are awaited. Mr. Rajinder Babbar (Senior Branch Manager, Jalandhar), Mr. Ajay Kumar and Mr. Akalpreet Singh (Senior Business Development Managers, Jalandhar) were present on the occasion. National Librarian Day was also celebrated in the college. Principal of the college Dr. Kiran Walia appreciated this effort of the Career Counseling and Placement Cell and blessed the students with her best wishes.
