The Department of Cosmetology of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara, organised a Nail Art and Nail Designing Workshop in collaboration with GLAM and The Nail Art School, Jalandhar.

In the workshop, students were given a live demonstration on temporary nail tip extensions. Nail technician Ms. Manpreet showed how to take care of nails, apply temporary nails, and use Sheet Chrome Powder and 3D Acrylic Flower Powder.

A new brand called GLAM, which is non-cancerous, was also introduced. On this occasion, the college signed an MoU with The Nail Art School, represented by Mr. Vishal Soni from The Beauty Hub, Jalandhar.

Students also learned useful tips about how to deal with clients and start a successful nail art business. About 60 students attended this workshop.

Principal Dr. Savinder Pal encouraged the students to learn and use this skill. She congratulated Head of Department Ms. Geeta Sharma and Ms. Paramjit Kaur for organising the workshop.
