Under the able guidance of College Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal, the English Literary Society of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara, is organizing a 4-day workshop titled “Mastering Conversations & Personality: A Comprehensive Workshop” from April 2nd to April 5th, 2025. On the first day of the workshop, a session called ‘Ace with Interview’ was held to help students develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in job interviews. The session was designed as a mock interview, in which students experienced the interview firsthand. They learned the importance of body language, how to answer questions confidently, and how to prepare effectively. College Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal, appreciated the efforts of the organising team.
