Three-Day Worksop on Effective English Communication

Three-Day Worksop begins with Session on Understanding the Articulatory System for Effective English Communication

The English Literary Society organised a three-day workshop that commenced with an engaging session on Articulatory System: Organs of Speech. The lecture was delivered by Ms. Vatandeep Kaur, Assistant Professor in English, to students of B.Sc (FD), B.Voc, and BCA, with around 50 participants attending enthusiastically.

The session explained the articulatory system and the functions of various speech organs in a clear and accessible manner. A PowerPoint presentation, along with teaching aids, was used to make the concepts easier to grasp.

The lecture was interactive, with students actively participating in activities and asking questions throughout the session. The event was graced by Director Academics Dr. Savinder Pal and Officiating Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur, who appreciated the efforts. Other faculty members from the Department of English, Ms. Isha Chhabra and Mr. Harpreet Singh, Assistant Professor in English, were also present on the occasion.

The first day of the workshop proved to be both informative and engaging for the participants.
