Kamla Nehru College for Women (KNCW), Phagwara, participated in the District Level Red Ribbon Club Competition held at Hindu Kanya College ,Kapurthala on February 18, 2026.

Under the dynamic leadership of the College Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal, the Science Department actively took part in the prestigious district-level competition organized at Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala, Punjab. The event brought together talented students from various colleges across the region to promote awareness about HIV/AIDS and encourage youth participation in social causes.

A team of four students from KNCW enthusiastically participated in activities including Quiz and Poster Presentation. The competition focused on HIV/AIDS awareness, prevention, and social responsibility. The students demonstrated commendable knowledge, creativity, and confidence, reflecting the strong academic and co-curricular environment of the institution.

The event served as an excellent platform for students to enhance their awareness and showcase their talents while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Principal Dr. Savinder Pal expressed immense pride in the students efforts and congratulated them on their commendable participation.
