The Department of Fashion Designing of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara organised the much-awaited fashion show “Faizaan-e-Nazar” in the college auditorium. Ms. Nidhi Sardana, renowned fashion designer, graced the event as the Chief Guest. The programme was a vibrant celebration of creativity, innovation and elegance, showcasing the talent of budding designers.
The programme was judged by Ms. Mandeep Kaur Sidhu, Owner of Omra Salon & Medspa, Canada, and Ms. Sumeet Kaur, Owner of New Satnam Silk Store.The ramp walk by the models added glamour and confidence to the event, while the Faculty Modelling Round emerged as a special attraction .
The winners of the various rounds were as follows: In the Gown Round, Palak secured the first position, Jashandeep Kaur stood second and Jannat Nanda secured the third position. In the Kids Wear Round, Gurpreet Kaur won the first position, Muskan secured the second position and Jeewanjyoti bagged the third position. In the Saree Round, Manveer Kaur stood first, Sunaina secured the second position and Anjali Kumari stood third. In the Printing Suit Round, Kirandeep Kaur secured the first position, Manveer Kaur stood second and Muskanjit Kaur secured the third position. In the Skirt Round, Sunaina Ralh won the first position, Kirandeep Kaur secured the second position and Laxmi Kumari stood third. In the Bridal Wear Round, Amandeep Suman bagged the first position, Manpreet secured the second position and Lovepreet Kaur stood third. In the Theme Round (Off-White), Manpreet secured the first position, Amandeep Suman stood second and Jeewanjyoti secured the third position.

Shamni, Divya, Muskaan and Abhinash were declared the Best Models of the show for their outstanding confidence, poise and graceful ramp walk. The event witnessed the participation of 170 students and was attended by an audience of around 600 members, including students and faculty members.
