Mental Well-being Awareness Programme

Kamla Nehru College for Women organized an enlightening and impactful session on the topic “Mental Well-being” under the joint initiative of the Red Ribbon Club and the Stress Management Club. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of maintaining good mental health and emotional balance in today’s fast-paced life.
The resource person for the day, Veer Pratap Sardana, delivered a highly impressive and thought-provoking lecture on mental well-being. Though very young, he displayed remarkable confidence, clarity, and maturity in his views. His powerful insights and practical guidance deeply inspired the audience. According to his perspective, age is never a limitation when it comes to spreading awareness and contributing positively to society. His lecture was engaging, motivational, and extremely informative.
The programme commenced with a formal welcome address by Ms Khushi, who warmly welcomed Mr. Veer Pratap and all the dignitaries present. The Red Ribbon Club In-charges, Ms Priyanka and Ms Khushi, were actively involved in organizing the event and ensuring its grand success. Around 150 students were present during the session.
Dr. Savinder pal, Principal of college, In the concluding remarks beautifully summed up the key highlights of the session and congratulated the organizing team for their dedication and commendable efforts.
The event concluded on an inspiring note, encouraging students to prioritize their mental well-being and promote a healthy and supportive environment within the campus.
