The English Literary Society organised an Online Extension Lecture on the topic “Reading Between the Lines: Self-Discovery in Poems and Short Stories.” The session was delivered by the resource person Dr. Sushmindar Jeet Kaur, Associate Professor, GGN Khalsa College, Ludhiana.

Dr. Savinder Pal, Director Madam, warmly welcomed the resource person and expressed her gratitude towards her.

Around 80 students attended the lecture. The speaker provided valuable insights into understanding hidden meanings in literary texts and encouraged students to explore self-discovery through reading.

The session was interactive and proved to be enriching for the participants. The resource person engaged students by asking questions and encouraging their participation.

Dr. Sushmindar Jeet Kaur further motivated students to come forward and develop their writing skills.

At the end of the session, Officiating Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur formally thanked the resource person for her enriching session.

The event was efficiently organised by Ms. Isha Chhabra, Ms. Vatandeep Kaur, and Mr. Harpreet Singh, whose dedicated efforts ensured the smooth conduct of the programme.
