Faculty Members from Kamla Nehru College for Women Attend SWAYAM–NPTEL SPOC Felicitation Workshop at IIT Kanpur on 12th July,2025.

Mrs. Swati and Ms. Hardeep Kaur Parmar, Assistant Professors from Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara, participated in the SWAYAM–NPTEL SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Felicitation Workshop held at IIT Kanpur.

The workshop highlighted the role of SPOCs in promoting online learning through digital platforms, enabling students to access quality courses offered by IIT faculty directly from home via the SWAYAM–NPTEL platform. This initiative supports the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) to integrate technology in education and make advanced learning resources widely accessible.

Mrs. Swati and Ms. Hardeep Kaur Parmar shared that the workshop provided valuable insights on guiding students to enroll in these courses and encouraging them to adopt self-paced, digital learning.

The Principal of the college, Dr. Savinder Pal, congratulated and motivated the faculty members for their active participation, appreciating their dedication to bringing innovative e-learning opportunities to the students of the college.
