Students of the Beauty & Wellness from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Lordawali Road, Jalandhar, visited Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara, on 5 December 2025 for a special lecture on Personal Grooming and Skin Treatments Using Home Ingredients.

During the session, Ms. Geeta Sharma, Head, Department of Cosmetology, delivered an informative lecture on various skin types and common skin-related concerns. She also conducted a practical demonstration, explaining how these issues can be managed effectively through the use of simple home-based ingredients. Furthermore, she motivated 40 students to focus on self-grooming and guided them on developing an entrepreneurial mindset within the field of beauty and wellness.

Principal Dr. Savinder Pal commended the Department of Cosmetology for organizing the session and encouraged the students to continue enhancing their skills and knowledge.
