Hindi Department of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara organized a discourse session on the importance of literature in which life of famous Hindi Play writer “Mohan Rakesh” was discussed. Dr. Kiran Walia was invited as speaker by Hindi Department. Dr. Kiran Walia addressed the teachers and students about the writings of Mohan Rakesh which are prominent for our society and hindi literature. Dr. Kiran Walia was honoured by the Head of Hindi Department Mrs. Asha Rani. In this event Asha Rani, Madam Jyoti and Smita and other students were also present.
