On 5th February 2022 festival of Basant Panchami was celebrated with great jubilance in the premises of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara by the College, IQAC and various departments under the adjuration of college principal, Dr. Savinder Pal.On this occasion reverence of goddess Sarswati who is considered the goddess of knowledge, was done with arti by all the staff and students. Raag basant was sung by Dr. Lalit, head department of Music . College principal, Dr. Savinder Pal prayed to goddess Sarswati to bless all of the students with knowledge and wisdom so that the students can reach for the sky and achieve great heights in their lives. After this the joyous occasion came to an end with prasad distribution.
