Administrative Audit was conducted from the session 2014 – 2015 to 2021-2022 on May 26,2023 to fulfil the requirement of NAAC process. The purpose was to evaluate the efficiency of administrative functions and process. The External Auditor, Dr. Harvinder Kaur, Principal, Kamla Nehru Education for Woman, Phagwara reviewed the data of different areas which included Alumni Association,Prospectus ,AISHE, IQAC Records, MOU, NCC,NSS, Hostel,Sports Club & Sports,Scholarship, Anti Ragging,Trips & Tour, College Notices, Time Table, Post Metric, Scholarship, New Course file, Convocation,Admission files, Degree, Register, and Library –
Journal/Paper/Magazines, Staff/Student’s Entry in Library, Prize Distribution & Books Maintain, Maintain Activities registers, Annual Report, Rule File/VIP Records book
And Infrastructure –
Canteen facilities, ICT facilities.
The internal audit team consisted of members, Dr. Savinder Pal, IQAC Chairperson and Dr. Priyanka Aeri, coordinator, Ms Sanjna Walia, Ms Sandeep Nandra, Mr. Susheel Kumar, Mrs Ramesh Kumari (office staff), Mr. Kuldip Singh (office staff). Observations were made based on SWOC analysis. Interaction with committee members was also held in a meeting and suggestions were given keeping in view the areas of improvement.
