The closing ceremony, held on 19th December, 2025, was marked by great enthusiasm and a positive spirit. The Chief Guest, College Principal Dr. Savinder Pal, and the Guest of Honour, Vice-Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur, were welcomed with a green greeting by Ms Sanjna Walia ,the Programme Officers Ms. Nidhi Jassal and Dr. Tavisha, along with the office staff members Ms. Inderpreet, Mr. Kamal, and Mr. Kuldip Singh after the tree plantation drive. The programme commenced with a Shabad, seeking blessings from the Almighty.

A poem recital and a video presentation highlighting the six-day journey and various activities conducted during the camp were showcased, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the volunteers. The event was further enriched by a cultural programme, which included poem recitation, solo singing, solo dance, group dance performances, and games.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, NSS volunteers Kamaljit Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Sharandeep, Sarabjeet, Deepika Sharma, Navjit Kaur, and Gurman were honoured with the Best Volunteer Award. All participating volunteers were also presented with certificates and appreciation awards. The volunteers shared heartfelt feedback, expressing the valuable experiences and lasting memories gained during the camp.

The Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal, addressed the gathering and expressed her immense satisfaction with the successful organisation of the seven-day NSS camp. She appreciated the systematic planning, active participation, and sincere efforts of the NSS volunteers, Programme Officers, office staff members, and support staff. At the end, she bestowed her blessings upon the volunteers and wished them continued success in their future endeavours.
