Kamla Nehru College for Women proudly released a book titled “Plant Science for the Future: Seed to Sustainability”, authored by Dr. Tavisha Singh (Assistant Professor, Botany). The book explores the dynamic field of plant science as a pathway to a sustainable future, tracing the journey from seed biology to global sustainability.

The book was officially launched by Principal Dr. Savinder Pal and Vice Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur, along with Ms. Priyanka Mankhand (Head, Science Department) and Ms. Khushi (Assistant Professor, Chemistry).

Principal Dr. Savinder Pal congratulated Dr. Tavisha Singh on her scholarly contribution and appreciated the book’s focus on integrating fundamental plant research with real-world sustainability challenges.
