In continuation of the celebration of National Nutrition Month, the Home Science Association and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) organized a poster making competition on the theme of “Healthy Nutrition” under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Savinder Pal on 17th September, 2025.

About 18 students of the Department of Home Science showcased their creativity and knowledge by making informative and visually appealing posters on the theme of Healthy Nutrition. In this Competition Khushi Kukreja (B.A. Sem- I) got First, Anoop ( B.A. Sem-III) got Second, Tanisha Sehdev (B.Com Sem-III) got third prizes whereas consolation prizes were given to Simrandeep Kaur (Nanny Care & Nutrition, Sem -I) and Diya (B. Com Sem- III)
The aim of the competition was to promote awareness about the importance of healthy nutrition, encourage creative expression, and develop critical thinking skills among students.

The poster making competition not only enhanced students’ understanding of healthy nutrition but also fostered creativity, teamwork, and communication skills. By participating in such events, students develop a deeper appreciation for the significance of nutrition in maintaining overall well-being.

Principal Dr. Savinder Pal appreciated the efforts made by the students and teachers, motivating them to continue participating in such initiatives in the future.
