Under the able guidance of the esteemed Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal, the Post Graduate Department of Commerce of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara, organized an educational trip to the sacred sites of Anandpur Sahib and Naina Devi. The trip coincided with the vibrant celebrations of the Baisakhi festival, offering students a unique opportunity to witness the rich cultural and religious heritage of the region.

The trip aimed to enrich the students’ knowledge through cultural exposure and experiential learning. A total of 52 students participated enthusiastically, accompanied by faculty members Ms. Nidhi Jassal, Ms. Simranjeet Kaur, Ms. Jagjit, and Ms. Sakshi.

College Principal Dr. Savinder Pal appreciated the dedicated efforts of Ms. Sanjna Walia, Head of the Department of Commerce, and the entire team for organizing such an informative and well-managed trip. The visit not only fostered educational enrichment but also promoted cultural awareness and bonding among students.
