kamla Nehru College for Women , Phagwara organised an Induction Programme and Inaugural Ceremony  under the leadership of College Principal with an aim to make the students accustomed with the new college surroundings. The programme commenced with the welcome speech by Ms Aman Lata from English department followed by  invocation to Almighty by reciting a prayer ‘Deh Siva Bar Mohe Ihe’ .PPT presenting college activities, achievements of various departments was shown to the students. They were also apprised of  code and conduct of the college. The College Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal welcomed and addressed the students. She exhorted the students to follow the college rules and work hard to attain success in life. She also introduced the faculty and non- faculty members to the students. At last, laddus were distributed to the students.
