Department of Home Science celebrated 76th Republic day by organizing online Inter college competition by making rangoli and tri coloured nutritious recipes on the theme of republic day.  students of different colleges participated in these competitions to mark the occasion. In Rangoli competition Savita of BA 1st semester of SD College Panipat was awarded first position, Mr Yuvraj of BA 1st semester of ASSM College, Mukandpur got second position. In Tri Coloured Nutrition Recipe competition Saachi Tangri of BA 1st semester of BD Arya College, Jalandhar was awarded 1st position, Ms Komal of BA 1st semester of  Swami Swantantran and Memorial College, Dinanagar got second position, Ms Savita BA 1st semester of SD PG College, Panipat got third position. Principal Dr. Savinder Pal appreciated the efforts made by Dr. Priyanka Aeri and Madam Sumita Bhalla.
