In continuation of 75th Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration,NSS unit, Red Ribbon Club and NCC wing of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara celebrated World Aids Day under the guidance of College Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal. The Poster Making competition was organised on this occasion to aware the students regarding sexual risk to prevent the transmission of HIV. About 40 students were participated in competition. The College Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal appreciated the efforts of programme officers, Dr. Lalit Kumar, Ms Nidhi Jassal and Ms Priyanka ( Member Red Ribbon Club) and Dr Palwinder Kaur, NCC CTO for organising this event.
