Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara celebrated’National Librarian Day’ on Aug 12,2022 to get the students acquainted with the importance of library in their life. They were also provided the information regarding the resources and services college offer to the students to generate opportunities for learning and support education. Dr. Savinder Pal, college principal emphasised on the importance of library as for her library is everything. Further, it provides access to a large collection of different kind of books and other reading materials at one place. She exhorted the students to visit library as books are said to be good companion.
