On Jan 12, 2022, Department of Science, in collaborative with IQAC, conducted a webinar on topic “Bead Technology for Waste Removal: Synthetic Biological System”. Dr. Joydeep Dutta, Professor and Head, Department of Botany and Zoology, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara was invited as a resource person. Dr. Savinder Pal, the college Principal, greeted the resource person with a formal welcome. Dr. Joydeep Dutta threw light on innovative techniques for preventing water pollution using bead technology with adsorption mechanism. He also shared his ongoing projects with students and motivated them to start such projects at college level also. More than 70 participants from various colleges attended the webinar.
