Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwada celebrated Teachers day and Induction Program, which was organised by the department of Music and Central Association. The function started with a musical vandana by the students followed by a musical performance by Dr. Lalit, head of Music department further the students performed various group songs with great enthusiasm. The head girl of the students’ association, Megha gave a beautiful speech on the importance of teachers in the life of students. Dr. Asha Sharma head of Hindi Department conducted the stage and the faculty members of all the departments gave their self introduction to the students. College principal Dr. Savinder Pal encouraged the students to show more participation, she educated the students about the significance of reading and motivated them to visit the college library more often, she also guided the students to follow the covid protocals, maintain social distancing and have a clean environment. This joyous occasion came to an end in the present of all the CA incharges Dr. Asha Sharma, madam Sandeep Nandra, Madam Anjali Walia, Madam Inderpreet, facility members and the students.
