In order to celebrate Poshan Pakhwada-2021, Department of Home Science and NSS of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara in collaboration with IQAC of the college organized online Inter college competition of Poster Making, Slogan writing and Short Video making related with Nutrition, Immunization, Health and Hygiene from 16^th  to 31^st March,2021 in which many students from different colleges participated. Among the winners were Ms. Priyanshu Tiwari, student of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara and Harleen Kaur from Kamla Nehru Junior college, Phagwara stood first, Second was Ms. Kamal Veer Kaur Student of Sant Baba Bhag Singh memorial Girls College, Moga and third was Ms. Gurpreet Kaur from Apeejay college of Fine Arts, Jalandhar. Simer Kaur bagged the Consolation prize from Apeejay college of Fine Arts, Jalandhar.In Slogan writing competition, Gurpreet Kaur and Mann Kamal Kaur from Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar bagged first and second position, Jaspreet from Kamla Nehru Colege and Navdeep Kaur of CT Group of Higher Studies got third position.Short video making was another feature of this event in which Mann Kamal Kaur, Gurpreet and Simer Kaur from Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar got first, second and third prizes respectively. Principal of the College Dr. Savinder Pal congratulated all the winners and Dr. Priyanka Aeri and Dr. Gurrpreet Paul, Project Officers for organizing this event successfully.
